Oh, what has my life came to when the most interesting thing that happened to me is that my friend had an unfortunate little accident involving a leg and a malaysian specialty, a missing manhole cover. Got back home about 9 yesterday, and fell asleep because my broadband connection was barred due to my failure to recall anything that comes with numbers and a suggestion that I pay the same figure in cash or card. Woke up at 3am with about 20 misscalls, just to find out that my phone is barred too!! Wahey!! Gave me the excuse to not return a few phone calls that I didn't wanted to return in the first place, but I saw that Gerry and Daphne called me for some unknown reason, something I sadly still can't find out because of the delicate situation that I had in hand. Then again, I'm quite sure it will be nothing much since my life is pretty much mundane to be honest.

And I arrive at the point where I'm using a Pentium 1 pc with SSSSLLLOOOWWWW connection to post this blog and some replies on a forum in my coll's library, a suprisingly small place that I don't feel comfortable being in. I'm torn between understanding their subtle way of trying to either tell us they're poor..... or simply appreciates the olden days where things where slow and simple, because there's nothing program other than Windows 95(!!) and Internet Explorer 5.0 or on the fact that they simply don't think computers and books should be in the same place. I think they want to teach us to like books more and hate pcs more than ever, which I can assure you I'm starting too.

But in a way, this does makes me wanna read. The only reason I sit here and is writing this blog is because.... I don't really have a reason why I'm writing this. Well, I'll make a reason. Rooney. Yes, the band and the player. If you doesn't know the band, I don't blame you much. They're decent, they're a Weezer soundalike, they're fun to background music too. But if you don't know Wayne Rooney the 'Wonder Boy(oh how I remember that tag was on Micheal Owen during the '98 WC)', then go read abit on him. Talent galore. Playing in one of the worlds best leagues, he has truly shined up an otherwise boring tourney. When the best game in involved a bunch of hollanders and the Czech team(hats off to them, brilliant), you know you have a problem there. But I still want to see England knock out just to shut most of my friend and the glory hunters I see out there up. Oh, yes I pick France to win the darn thing, but picking and wanting the French to win is VERY FAR from calling the ENGLAND team "we". "We will easily beat Portugal with Rooney's form right now. That coming from a Malay boy that is born and bred in Batu Pahat or something sure worries me. YOU ARE A MALAYSIAN. Yes, YOU.MALAYSIAN.ARE.A. I'm quite sure 'you' can solve that one, don't ya?

But then again, I don't really watch much football these days. Yes, I still curse the fact that I missed the Holland vs. Czech Rep. match, but I don't eagerly wait for it to be replayed on the T.V. Yep, I'm more worried about the Lab assignment that is due on Friday, and the subsequent one that has already been assigned and the two other projects that are coming in this week. I'm not expecting to survive. So I'd say I love you *******, ********, and *******. God bless.
